Christopher James is a pillar of the Manchester salsa community, having performed and taught here since 2008 - first with the esteemed Salsology Dance Company, and later independently. His students travel from across the North West to attend his weekly on2 classes, thanks to his reputation for combining a fun atmosphere with his teaching of unique turn patterns, focusing on leading and following techniques, intuitive connection and dance floor etiquette. Christopher has performed in shows and taught salsa on1 and on2, cha cha cha, and Latin hustle at the biggest UK and European Salsa Congresses including the Scottish Salsa Congress where he has been a resident teacher of salsa and Latin hustle for the past 10 years.
